How much does it cost?

JoahBox costs $33 dollars. Worldwide shipping is free. No other hidden fees.

What brands will I find in JoahBox?

We work with established Korean brands like A’Pieu, Missha, Nature Republic, Etude House, Saem, etc.

Can I skip a monthly delivery?

For now we don’t offer this feature.

Can I get only one box?

We will start offering a variety of gift boxes/ one-time boxes very soon. Please check our website for the updates.

How can I change my address/email/credit card info?

Please, visit MY ACCOUNT page, log in there to make all the changes in your personal profile.

How can I pay?

Easily! With JoahBox you can pay with your PayPal account. Just enter your PayPal E-mail address and Password.
Want to pay with a credit card? No problem! Proceed paying with PayPal and under PayPal Login find link “pay using credit or debit card”. You can enter your credit card number (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER) while quickly generating your PayPal account login.

When is my credit card be charged?

Your card is charged monthly on the day of your subscription.

When Can I expect my box?

Your box will be shipped on the 10th each month. Once your box leaves our facilities, it can take about one to three weeks to be delivered to you.

Do you ship to my hometown?

If you receive mail from your local post office then yes, you will receive our package too.

 Can I get a tracking number?

We don’t offer tracking services with free shipping. However, you can order an extra option of getting a tracking number for $2.95 when subscribing for JoahBox.

My box hasn’t arrived. What do I do?

Sometimes customs officials delay the delivery of the boxes. Therefore, please wait at least 3 weeks before contacting us about a lost box. Boxes that did not find their customers are normally shipped back to us. When it happens we will send you a refund for the box. In any case, please write us at

 I want to cancel my subscription. What do I do?

Please write us as soon as you decide to cancel your subscription and we will confirm your request.

I was just charged for the next month, but actually, I would like to cancel my subscription. What do I do?

Unfortunately, we don’t refund automatic payments. You will receive your last box for the payment you were charged. After that we will cancel your subscription.
