All parcels from JoahBox are shipped from South Korea.
The shipping is free worldwide.
We ship boxes on the 9th, and 12th of each month. Once your box leaves our facilities, it can take about one to three weeks to be delivered.
We send the box of the month for the orders placed until the 7th of each month at 00:00 Korea Time (Paris UTC-8, Washington UTC-12). For orders placed after 10th at 00:00 Korea Time (Paris UTC-8, Washington UTC-12), customers will receive a box of the next month.
When ordered parcels are shipped, we email the tracking numbers to customers in 5 days after we ship the boxes.
The email contains both order details and shipment tracking numbers.

Estimated Delivery Time: 10 ~ 35 (Business Days, depending on the delivery custom in the country)
If a parcel does not reach a customer within 45 Days of shipping, we regard it as missing.
In these cases, we can resend a new parcel or process a customer refund.
2. Returned Boxes for “Unclaimed” or “Wrong Address”
If a parcel is returned to JoahBox because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Should the customer want refund or replacement, for both cases he or she will have to pay $10 for the shipping. (Shipping fee $8 + Handling Fee $2)
Also, in case the parcel is returned for “Wrong Address”, first please check “My Account” to see if the address is correct. If the customer had put the wrong address from the first place, he or she will be responsible for the shipping fee which is $10. But if the address is correct, please call local post office to find out why it has not been delivered. Once the customer needs some evidence or complaint letter sent to the local post office, JoahBox can definitely help, so please let us know through email.
- Please don’t forget to track your parcel with the tracking number provided through email once your box has been shipped.
- Again, JoahBox will not make any compensation for returned boxes due to such reasons written above.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
JoahBox is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
The customer can send an e-mail to email@example.com to ask for an invoice.
If one has received damaged products, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and send a picture of the product to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send a replacement.
