Monthly JoahBox costs $35.95 dollars. Worldwide shipping is free. No other hidden fees. Three and six months orders come with discounts. Twelve-month order brings your 12th box for free.

Is My box 100% Customized?
We customize your JoahBox when we have variation products, don’t expect it 100% customized but we do take into consideration your needs to curate always the best selection for you.
How can I change my address/email/credit card info?
Please, visit MY ACCOUNT page, log into there to make all the changes in your personal profile. Then send us an e-mail with your updated changes to confirm it.
How can I pay?
With JoahBox you can pay with your PayPal account. Just enter your PayPal E-mail address and Password.
Want to pay with a credit card? No problem! Proceed to pay with PayPal and under PayPal Login find the link “pay using credit or debit card”. You can enter your credit card number (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER) while quickly generating your PayPal account login.
When is my credit card be charged?
The amount of your subscription is withdrawn at the time of checkout. Three, six and twelve months subscriptions are charged on the sign-up day.
Which Currency is displayed?
All prices are in US Dollars.
When can I expect my box?
We shipped boxes on the 10th of each month. Once your box leaves our facilities, it can take about one to three weeks to be delivered. We accept orders until the 5th of each month.
Do you ship to my hometown?
If you can receive mail from your local post office then yes, you will receive our package too.
Can I get a tracking number?
If you subscribe AFTER March 20th, 2019 you will be receiving a tracking number (Due to international shipping new regulations)
When would I receive my tracking number?
The tracking number is generated when the boxes are shipping. Note that our system might experience some delays due to the volume of shipping boxes and might take one to two business days to be generated.
My box hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
Sometimes customs officials may delay the boxes’ delivery. Therefore, please wait at least 3 weeks before contacting us about a lost box. Boxes that did not find their customers are normally shipped back to us. In any case, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
My box was returned to JoahBox Locals?
If your box is returned to our locals for as an unsuccessful delivery for reasons such as: Wrong shipping address, unclaimed or you have been unable to accept the delivery. You will be responsible to shipping fees to have your box reshipped to you.
My tracking shows a status of delivered. Yet I never received it. What should I do?
Please contact your local post office with your tracking information and see if they can assist you in tracking down your shipment.
I want to cancel my subscription. What do I do?
Please write to us as soon as you decide to cancel your subscription and we will confirm your request.
I was just charged for the next month, but actually, I would like to cancel my subscription. What do I do?
Unfortunately, we don’t refund automatic payments. You will receive your last box for the payment you were charged. After that we will cancel your subscription.
