There are hundreds of ways to take care of your skin daily, however, if you do not have enough time for that then we’d recommend you to follow the ‘Skinny Skin Care’. Skinny Skin Care is 4 steps in total for the contemporary people these days.
-
Cleanse and toner
If you’re already wearing makeup then use more oil-types of cleansing, instead of foam types. Oily textures can wash off makeup.
– Day: Wash your face with warm water for the cleanse portion, then finish with cold water. Make sure you are not using any kind of cleansing products!
– Night: With a right kind of cleanser for your skin type, wash twice even though you may have oily skin.
After cleansing your face, make sure that you’re making your skin tidy with skin toner.
-
Exfoliate
It’s all about how often, how soft and what you’re using. With your face, use less tiny – particle products.
– Normally around once or twice a week as that is the general consensus but it is really depends on your skin type. If your skin is sensitive enough then we recommend you to do exfoliate gently not more than once per every week otherwise, it’s enough for twice per week especially at the night time.
-
Moisturize
You better use a right moisturize increasing hydration by ‘holding’ the water inside/under your skin. If you have dry skin, try use deep moisturizer otherwise, use serum instead of a creamy texture.
Check ingredients of your cosmetics more focusing on hydrogen, softness, a source of Essential Fatty Acids, antioxidants such as Vitamin A & E and anti-aging benefits. Make sure your skin’s full of the necessary ingredients for a healthy nutrition.
At the night time, you also can add one more product, a special essence/serum, for your skin. Just make sure our skin observe these product’s nutrition and stay soft and smooth, and remain hydrated not just pasting them on the skin.
Remember to apply moisturizer on your face and even neck, paying extra attention to the special areas where you might can see more wrinkles: around eyes, and lips.
-
Protection
Let’s close the pores after we put in all nutrition for your skin. This is the last step for our skin care. Its easy to forget, however, be aware that it’s the most important part.
As a finishing step, we preserve the nutrition, protect your skin from the harmful UV rays and lots of bad chemicals. Don’t forget to put sunscreen on! Our skin is always exposed to adverse lights every single moment, it’s never safe! Lightweight with more than one layer shows better protection.
The SPF rating is a measure of the time it would only take you to sunburn. According to a large number of dermatologists, high-SPF sunscreens block slightly more UVB rays, but none offers 100% protection. Using sunscreen at the night time is not recommended unless you are sleeping with the lights on.
Using a cold mask pack before sleeping, could be really helpful to close the pores and also improve skin elasticity. Do not need expensive mask packs, however, we would rather suggest you to use it more often steadily.
This skin care process is worthwhile effort for so remember to start early to keep younger more radiant looking skin.
To see a better result of your skin, a healthy skin care routine has to be kept at least over 3 months.

5 years agoIf you don’t have the time to do all these steps every day, at least do step 4. You’ll be amazed at how much of a difference simply wearing a little sunscreen can make, especially in the long run.
