#1 Shampoo your hair right after playing in the sea.
Clean your scalp and hair which were damaged by UV, dust, salt, and sweat. Your scalp and hair would feel much relaxed after they have been cleaned well.
#2 Cool down your scalp after it’s been exposed to sun
Not only your skin but your scalp also needs some cooling care after coming back home! Put on either ice pack or moisturizing essence made for scalp care. If you don’t have any of those, it is okay to spray some facial mist on your scalp too.
#3 Pick proper shampoo according to your scalp type
As your skin, the type of scalp also varies from person to person. So try to pick out a shampoo that suits well with you. And don’t hurt your scalp by scratching it with your nails.
#4 Use shampoos made with aloe vera or shea butter

#5 Try to rinse your hair with cool water
